The Continuing Journey to Taming the Chaos

Ah, downsizing – a journey of highs, lows, and everything in between. Let me spill the beans on our own whirlwind experience, filled with emotional rollercoasters, logistical head-scratchers, and a hefty dose of fear of the unknown. But fear not, dear friend, for we've found some clever ways to turn these trials into triumphs on my quest for simplicity.

Then there's the logistical labyrinth. Picture us, drowning in a sea of stuff while trying to coordinate the move from 2000sf to 350sf. With a strategic plan and a little (lot of) help from our friends, we've navigated this maze like a couple of pros.

Here’s the elephant in the room - the fear of change. Oh, the uncertainty of stepping into the great unknown! But you know what? We've embraced it with open arms – this is not our first rodeo. Some of you may remember our journey 35+ years ago to this sweet town with only $4 to our name and a toddler in the backseat. With courage as our compass, we've welcomed this new chapter with a sense of adventure.
